Is this the final price?+
No, it is an estimate. The final price comes after a short call where the ZapUp team confirms what you need. For most businesses the final price is very close to the estimate.
What is not included?+
Message charges, which are billed at the standard published rates for AI, service and template messages. Also the money you spend on ads, which goes to Meta or Google directly, and taxes such as GST.
What does the ZapUp platform cost each month?+
Nothing for the first 6 months. From month 7 it costs ₹2,499 a month in India, or $59 a month elsewhere. Your estimate shows the monthly amount from month 7.
How is custom development charged?+
By the hour: $20 an hour, or ₹1,000 an hour in India. Enter the hours you expect and the estimate updates. The ZapUp team confirms the hours before starting, and you only pay for hours used.
Is approval from Meta guaranteed?+
No. Meta decides on business verification, display names, message templates and the blue tick. ZapUp prepares everything to Meta's rules, submits it for you and submits again if Meta says no.
How long does setup take?+
A basic WhatsApp setup with verification, templates and a first chatbot is usually live within a week once your documents are ready. A full setup with ads, AI replies, CRM and tracking usually takes two to three weeks.
Can I start small and add more later?+
Yes. Many businesses start with the WhatsApp setup and one chatbot, then add AI replies, CRM, ads and monthly support later. Each addition is priced the same way.
