ZapUp does not request or import full historical order data from Shopify. Instead, ZapUp processes real-time event data required to trigger messaging workflows, such as order notifications or abandoned cart reminders.
ZapUp only accesses the minimum data necessary to operate its services.

ZapUp may collect information directly from merchants when they create and use an account on the platform.

6. Shopify Data Deletion & GDPR Webhooks
ZapUp complies with Shopify’s mandatory data protection webhooks, including:
